All Xoni products have original designs and are protected by copyright law which means cannot be copied, distributed, publicly displayed, or published without Xoni’s permission.

Fabrication

As some of Xoni products are made to order there is a fabrication process which usually takes 3 to 5 working days* (excluding watch modification service which takes 6 to 8 weeks) in case of any unforeseen changes we will get in touch via email to let you know about the circumstances and if there will be a delay in processing your order or how it may affect you.

Quality control

Every item’s quality gets checked to ensure they are worthy of our customers then orders get packed with care in appropriate packaging and will be handed to Royal Mail.

Packaging

We are committed to greener planet earth and care about the environment therefore we try to use recyclable packaging material which has been sourced responsibly.

We use a minimum yet appropriate amount of packaging, this is to minimise our negative impact on our planet.

Sales

Xoni sells its products through xoni.co.uk, we don’t have a physical shop.

promotional events will be announced on social media and the website as a coupon code that can be used at the checkout across all channels.

Sample sale

Xoni may hold sample sales of prototypes or any R&D projects that are no longer confidential, these samples will be available in limited stock at discounted prices.

Items purchased in sample sales cannot be returned, but rest assured if they don’t pass our strict and thorough quality check they wouldn’t get listed in the sample sale.

Payment

On xoni.co.uk we accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, you can also pay in three interest-free instalments via PayPal.

Shipping & Delivery 

– Standard Worldwide Delivery

All standard delivery Orders will be processed shortly after fabrication and will be shipped using Royal Mail, to track your order please refer to the email we send upon dispatching the orders with provided personal tracking link.

  • For orders within the UK, we use the Tracked 24 service which takes 1-2 days. (this may be impacted when there is a disruption to the service like extreme weather conditions.)
  • For all international orders, we use advanced international service which would typically take 5 to 7 working days within Europe and more for other regions. (Royal Mail suggests in some cases and if there are any disruptions to the service it may take longer – please check the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com for more information)

Express Worldwide Delivery

Express delivery orders will be processed by DHL or a similar express shipping service provider.

  • We suggest using this service for orders outside the UK if you want to receive your order within 3-5 working days although some regions might take longer.
  • We will provide the tracking information relevant to the service provider for all express deliveries for your peace of mind.

Customs Duty 

Orders with a delivery address outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Xoni is not responsible for the customs and duty additional charges.

Please note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for that information.

Also please note that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities when shipping goods from outside the United Kingdom. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the United Kingdom, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.

Returns & Refund

Watch Warranty

Our watches are made according to the high-quality standards of Xoni. Nonetheless, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch’s movement and hands.

The warranty for a Xoni watch is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and only applies to the product which is registered within 14 days of purchase from our website or an authorised retailer*.

Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a charge.

Xoni cannot accept any warranty claims that are not accompanied by proof of purchase we also check the warranty registration in our database and if it does not match our records we won’t be able to accept the warranty claim.

To claim a warranty, the customer is subject to the costs of shipping the product to and from Xoni.

– Order number (If your watch is a gift you will need to contact the person who purchased it for you to receive the proof of purchase)
– Pictures of the watch and the damage
– Receipt (If your watch was purchased from an authorized reseller who you are unable to contact directly)

*authorised retailers are those whom Xoni products are directly listed, and Xoni is in direct contact with (alangoo.com and gitanegrandbazaar.com)

F.A.Q

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

-As mentioned we check the quality of each item carefully and we use appropriate packaging to make sure the item gets to you undamaged but in case an item gets damaged during transit please get in touch and we will discuss it case by case.

Can I use the lighters straight out of the box?

– No, These lighters require lighter fluid to lit which due to postage limitations we cannot sell lighter fluid.

I ordered something 2 weeks ago and I have not yet received it, where is my order?

-If we didn’t get in touch with you it means fabrication went as planned and your order is in transit by now, if you are in the UK please use your tracking number to check the shipping status of your order, if you are in Europe and America please wait 25 working days* after that if you still have not received your order please let us know so we can check with Royal Mail.

-If you are anywhere else in the world please wait 30 working days, if the issue is not resolved then please let us know so we can check with Royal Mail.

I have received a Xoni product as a gift can I replace it or return it?
-If you are interested in another colour of the same product please get in touch via orders@xoni.co.uk and we try our best to help.

-If you want to return the item if it is unused and in its original packaging we can offer you an e-gift card for the item price**

*Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends.

**Item price is the price of an item purchased excluding postage and shipping fees.
